Delivery.
Everything we sell is digital, so there is no physical shipping. Download links arrive by email within one minute of payment, and stay live for seven days.
How it works
- You complete payment on Stripe.
- Stripe sends you a receipt straight away.
- Within sixty seconds, we send you a second email with the download link for your pack (or, for the bundle, one link per pack inside it).
- You click the link, the ZIP arrives, you drop it into your sample folder.
Link expiry
Download links remain live for seven days from delivery. This is just to keep the bandwidth bill sensible. If you need a re-issue (you reformatted your laptop, the link expired before you got to it, your email ate the message), reply to the original email and we will send a fresh one inside one working day.
Multiple devices
You can download the same pack on more than one device using the same link. We do not lock the licence to a single machine.
If the email never arrives
Check your spam folder first. The most common cause is that your provider rerouted our email; clicking "not spam" usually fixes it for future messages.
If it really is not there, write to info@marchstead.com with the email address you used at checkout. We will look up the order in our records and re-send.
File formats
All sound files are 24-bit, 48 kHz WAV. MIDI files are standard Type 1 MIDI. The download is a single ZIP per pack, structured by category (drums, bass, melody, etc.) and with key and BPM in the filename.
System requirements
WAV files work in any DAW released in the last fifteen years. MIDI files work in any DAW that supports MIDI import (effectively all of them). No proprietary plugin is required.
